Hi,

I was using the sequencer earlier but then it crashed saying there was a problem with the online buffer and now will not allow me to login saying my username or password is invalid.

Hello Matt.

Sadly that is a known bug, but we did not have a chance to fix it so far.

I have reactivated your account, but you may need to uninstall and re-install the application to make it work.

Did this happen after you used the application off-line (I mean without an internet connection) or were you online all the time?

Thanks for that. I am not sure but I think I was online at the time. The same thing happened on a second laptop using the same internet connection when I tried installing the program there.
