My webcam is capable of doing up to 320 resolution in video mode. The sequencer program is running the camera in 160x120 mode. If I download libdtouch from Sourceforge, that runs the camera in full resolution, so I know it's possible. How do I set the camera resolution in the audio sequencer? Right now it's too low to work. :( |

I should point out, if I press c for the camera options, the window flashes up for a second then disappears. |

Windows 7. The configurator video tab has a combo box for selecting a camera, and only has one available, my webcam. I don't have any options to change resolution? |

Hello Alex. Thanks for pointing this out. Normally on Windows the application "should" automatically select the highest resolution available, that's why there is no way to select it.. The sourceforge version is actually very old. Did you manually select the resolution there? If so, what did you set it to? To make things more complex, we have never tried the system on Windows 7. Is there any chance you could borrow a different webcam from someone just to try? It would be helpful to understand if the problem is related to the webcam or to Windows 7. (alternatively if you could try your webcam on a vista or xp computer that would also be informative) Please let us know. |
