As soon as I type in my information and press Activate, the Configurator says 'Wrong Activation'. I know its the right credentials because I was activated yesterday and because I'm leaving this Comment. Any suggestions are appreciated. I haven't even been able to use this seemingly great software yet!

If you had activation problems, please try again now. We just finished solving some issues on our server. Please let us know if you still have issues with this.

The activation is necessary for our research (see http://www.d-touch.org/audio/research/ )

still get the wrong access activation problem. and wow, the research side of the project is cool.. i guess you have to be online all the time while using it then? regardless.. access is still wrong. did you update the software itself... should I download it again?

I have the 'Wrong access' problem too. I'm running it on XP Home, with fresh software downloaded today. This machine is behind a firewall but I'm getting the same result with it disabled.

I tried yesterday on 2003 server with the same result. This machine lives behind a proxy server over which I have no control.

I'd be willing to help you debug this problem. I have access to appropriate tools.

Same problem here on OSX, Wrong Access on configuration repeatedly. I have changed the password too many times now and fatigue has set in. Really enjoyed the glue, lentil and paper time though, reminds me how good it can be to get down and dirty with materials. Will pop back later and see how your server stuff is progressing, the app looks intriguing but it all seems super complicated to get up and running.. Best regards :-)

Hi Gareth,

thanks for the interest! Are you still having problems? The server should have been already back by the time you posted. Maybe the problem is somewhere else? Please let us know..

Since changing my password one final time then sharing it with Matteo I have managed to activate on the XP Home computer. Thanks Matteo! The 2k3 machine which is behind a proxy still fails with a crash as described in the 'Network Activation Issue' thread (http://d-touch.org/forum/thread/20/). I will await developments in this thread.

Thanks for sorting out the activation issue, I'm going to read the 'multiple video sources' threads now - I have 3 sources on my machine and only 1 is a camera :)
