The application should be universal, but we only have Intel machins available to test. We'll try to find hardware to test this out.

Firewire cam should work. We have successful reports from people using DV cameras (see www.pc-music.com )

Phoenix87, it looks like the email address you used for registration does not work. We tried to send you a new password there, but we got an error message in reply.

Hi, I'm having login errors as well. When clicking "activate", the configurator seems to hang for minutes, then tells me that the login failed.

When starting the drummachine, I receive the same “bad login” message.

I have the .otherapps directory with the 32 byte code.txt, and I also don't have any firewall whatsoever. I also verified I can connect to d-touch.org via HTTP just fine:

I have the same wrong access problem.. running osx 10.5.6 tried a new account and new password. ran the software from dragging the whole folder to the apps folder...

Well, it looks like it's not, I'm getting a message:

"You can't open the application "D-Touch-Configurator" beacause it is not supported on this architecture."

thanks for letting us know! we added to our to-do list to fix that. can you please try to launch the actual drum-machine application and let us know if you get the same problem? (this is just for testing purpose, so that we can be aware of the situation)

yep i run the configureator app and when I enter my login and password it hangs for ten minutes and then says "wrong access" above the activate button. This is after changing my password.

in the terminal it says timeout after 5-10 minutes or so when the wrong access words appear

getting the wrong access message as well, is the code that's in the code.txt file supposed to corrospond to the code sent to me in my email? Is it custom to each user. The software looks great, I'd love to get it to work, Its been pretty frustrating so far.. looks like the connection times out...

@bighappyaccident: the code sent is unique to each user and it's not the same one that you got by email.

are you launching the configurator and getting these errors?

have you downloaded the 0.2 version?

ok, i tried it all.... but the best i get is a "wrong access", the other times the config simply hangs... i got d-touch running on my old win laptop, but its to slow... so i really need to get it to work on my mac, its a white macbook, late 2007, intel, leopard, 4gb ram, 2ghz...

can you please help me?

@michaelknight: have you copied all the drum machine folder to your mac?

do you have some kind of firewall?

yeah, i did everything as mentioned in previous posts... i had little snitch activated, and i am behind a router (which can't be the problem, since my win laptop connects over the same wifi and the configurator worked...)

is this a general mac problem?

hi, this is a great idea, but when i try to run the application from my applications folder, it asks me to choose an application to use to run it. I can't seem to activate it. Is there something I'm missing? Thanks very much,
