I have everything being recognized on the screen. but when i put a piece on the board, the screen highlights it, but i'm not getting any sound whatsoever. i have checked my audio configuration, but nothing seems to work. i think it is a driver issue, but how would i found out if it is or not? |

are you on windows or mac? are you sure that you have used correctly the configurator? there should be some triggering message on the terminal window that is opened by the drum machine, both on mac and on win, any other observation? |

I'm running vista, when i start up the app the configuration app doesn't open up. so i open it up separately and change the audio configuration. there are five options for me to choose from. i can also choose between direct sound and asio. direct sound has the five options under the audio output. |

I have the same problem on two machines. The first one is a Lenovo v200 Laptop with Vista 32-bit with an onboard conexant sound chipset. The other machine is simple Dell workstation with a creative audigy soundcard and creative drivers installed. I tried every setting possible - but I can't get it to work... |

Sorry I forgot to tell that the Dell machine with the creative audigy soundcard runs on Windows XP |

if you don't have installed the asio drivers you should always select the direct sound drivers, otherwise you'll get problems. Can you post what you read on the terminal window that is opened by the drum machine? |

Please check if the activation has been done properly. If the configurator is not properly activated, the drum machine won't produce any sound, even if the tags are getting recognized. We had trouble with activation in the past, now it should be fixed. |

I have also tried it on two seperate machines. An HP Pavilion running Vista Home Premium and a Custom built Core 2 duo running Vista Ultimate. The machine running Premium doesn't give errors, it just doesn't make sound. I see a list of commands but none that seem to help. On the other desktop running Ultimate, the software doesn't seem to recognize any of my cameras. I have tried all combinations of sound on both machines (ASIO and Direct). Any ideas? |

I am not getting any sound and in the terminal window I get the following "Trigger - wave# 7 warning: wave 7 requested with 0 available" What does this error message mean and is there a way to overcome this problem? |

Hello shanabus, Did you check in the configurator that the activation is working? Enrico |

Hi, in my case it was just a problem with the activation. It's a strange that you don't really know if activation was successful looking at the activation window. Now everything seems to work (in my case). Thank you. |

*Enrico - Yes, I am now Activated and I still don't hear any sound. Could it be that I have too many sound devices on this computer and it chose the wrong one? When the Machine software starts, the screens shows that if found "13 devices". Maybe I should try it on my laptop instead? Can't wait to see how this works... |

Hi Shanabus, Sorry to hear that the d-touch drum machine is not yet working for you. You should be able to select the sound card from the configurator. Do you get a list there? Can you please tell us more about your setup? Also, can you copy and paste here all that gets printed in the terminal window? |

I am running XP Pro. I ran the installer and put it in the default directory. Thank you for the quick reply. Joel |

Hello. mm... strange never seen anything like this before. Can you please try to reboot your computer and run the application with no other applications running? Output underflow may have to do with the application not having enough computing power available. Can you please let us know more about your setup? (e.g. processor, ram, audio card) |
